Consistent quality, easy process
I've ordered a few Mixed Wine Boxes now, and each time the selections have been spot on. This last one, my Sommelier Curated Selection, was just as good as the first. Delivery to my home in New York was quick, about 4 days. It's why I keep coming back.
Nice picks for my subscription
Got my monthly wine box last week. It had a good French wine and an Italian one. Liked both of them, especially the Italian. Delivery was okay, showed up on time. No complaints really, it's just nice to have new wines show up every month.
Detailed look at my recent delivery
I received my latest Mixed Wine Box, which was a Sommelier Curated Selection. The ordering process was smooth as usual on their site. This time, I specifically requested more Biodynamic Wine, and they included two excellent options, a Zinfandel and a Riesling, which was great. The delivery took 6 days to get to my home in Seattle, and required an adult signature, which is standard. The wines were well-packaged, arriving intact despite the journey. I had a question about one of the tasting notes, and customer support responded within a day with a very helpful explanation. The value for the quality of wine provided is consistently good, and I appreciate the ability to update my preferences for each box. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps offer more specific tracking updates in transit.
Good wine, delivery could improve
My last Red Wine Box had some great bottles, especially a nice Cabernet Sauvignon that I really enjoyed. The curation was solid based on my preferences. My main issue was the delivery, it took 7 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long. Also, the packaging was a little beat up this time, though the bottles were fine. Overall, a good experience for the price, but faster, more careful shipping would make it even better.
